Utilizing collateralized investments, liquidation preferences, performance hurdles, pricing reset provisions, defined liquidity events…etc. to mitigate risk
Targeted Transactions: Bridge Investments, Senior Secured Convertible Notes, Registered Direct offerings, PIPE investments with resets and registration requirements, Private transactions with defined liquidity events
Pipeline of Transactions:
Collateralized lending with mezz-like coupons and warrants in several industry verticals including health care, real estate, industrials, technology, oil & gas
Pre-IPO investment opportunities in health care, insurance, technology, medical device
